NEW CONSTRUCTION, REPAIR, & RENOVATION
Our project managers work with a number of stakeholders across various different projects, in order to ensure the electrical component of the project is carried out accordingly. We've worked with architects, design engineers, inspectors, and other construction entities always meet project requirements.
DESIGN BUILD SERVICES
Often times, owners opt to implement a design-build approach rather than utilizing a traditional project delivery. Power and Automation has operated under a number of design-build projects and understands the collaborative/innovative efforts required to inherently deliver: project with other entities. Streamlining of the design build process allows for enhanced savings of both money and time for the client.
PROJECT/CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Our project/construction management services span over a number of different specialties: conducting site walk throughs, performing QA/QC practices, developing standard operation of procedures, participating in independent design reviews, generating circuit/conduit schedules, and submitting detail-oriented field reports. In house weekly meetings are held to ensure scope of work is understood, construction schedule is met, and project requirements are within budget. Our methods a tailored to fit both clients' and owners' needs.
INSPECTION SERVICES
Quality inspections are essential to the durability and reliability of an electrical system. Power and Automation offers several inspection services that span from infrared scanning of cables to conducting equipment oversight. We tailor our review of an electrical system from the perspective as if we had ownership of the equipment, looking out for the interest of the owner. Upon completion of any inspection, our team provides a detailed report notifying the client with a description of the equipment inspected, along with any findings and recommendations.
